I've been a personal trainer since 1999, and have made workouts for all requests; weight loss, muscle building, speed, power, professional boxers and professional fitness models & athletes. Whatever you're looking for, I'll find a way to make an effective workout for you.

Workout

A lot of my sessions are time based. Perform as many repetitions as you can in the allowed time, rest for the time I've set and move on. Be sure to read ahead through the session to get to know the exercises BEFORE you do them so you can really get the best from these sessions.

What to Bring

Bring a drink, a towel and an open mind. You may not know some of the movements yet but trust me, they have all been chosen to get the best from each workout.
