If any of these Terms and Conditions should be determined to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable for any reason by any court of competent jurisdiction then such Term or Condition shall be severed and the remaining Terms and Conditions shall survive and remain in full force and effect and continue to be binding and enforceable.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales and you hereby submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English and Welsh courts.
You are authorising HealthClubTV to charge the card number you supplied with the price shown. You declare that you are the owner of the card number or authorised to use it HealthClubTV will charge your dredit card for the amount of membership on the due date of the end of your current subscription until you cancel your HealthClubTV Subscription. You can cancel your HealthClubTV subscription at any time for the forthcoming subscription period. Upon cancellation, your account will be disabled at the end of your current membership subscription period and you will be unable to access or download additional content. Upon cancellation, all notifications will be discontinued. Cancellation of your account must be submitted either in writing or by email. Cancellation requests will be processed within 7 days. If your cancellation request is made within 7 days prior to your next billing date, your card may be billed for the next period.
You authorise HealthClubTV to contact you automatically via email, SMS and phone calls. You agree and consent to HealthClubTV communications from internal HealthClubTV trainer staff. You authorise HealthClubTV to send surveys, marketing material, news and events to your specified email account and to your HealthClubTV calendar.
You must be 18 or over in age and have permission from the bill-payer. Standard operator WAP, GPRS and SMS costs apply. Service is available only to United Kingdom customers/networks. Please make sure that your phone is compatible. Please allow up to 24hrs for delivery. You may receive info from the service provider. Opt-out by emailing email@example.com.
