Aim to complete each exercise for 30 seconds with 30 seconds rest in between each exercise. At the end of each round rest for 1-2 minutes and then repeat again aiming to do at least 3 rounds. If you can manage 3 rounds, then keep adding an extra round in until you can’t do anymore. These circuits are designed to bring the heart rate up high to increase fitness, burn fat and tone muscles.
These exercises should be performed in the gym due to equipment demands but can also be performed elsewhere if need be.
