All this week we'll be bringing you expert health and fitness advice from Faster Fitness trainer Sally Pears.

Dr Sally Pears is a weight loss expert, specialising in long term behaviour change and health improvement. Sally has a degree and PhD in Psychology and has spent many years involved in research. She now combines this background with personal training to help her clients reach their health and fitness goals. 

Sally’s main focus when working with clients is to help them find training and diet regimes that are effective precisely because the client finds them enjoyable and rewarding and can follow them in the long term.
