Ali's story

I have been a personal trainer for 3 years, and before working for myself at Original Movement Training and Therapy studio in Nottingham I was employed by a major health club chain.

My background has always been football, both playing and coaching. When I ruptured my cruciate ligament I decided to pursue a career in health & fitness and haven't looked back since.

I've spent the last two years educating myself with some of the best courses in the industry, including the FASTER Diploma in Functional Therapy and the Advanced Functional trainer certificate. I am also 1 of only 32 people in the country to be a FASTER Trainer Expert.

My passion lies in helping people to achieve their goals whilst improving their movement and functionality in everyday activities. I believe that everyone regardless of their age, fitness or ability can achieve their fitness goals. I have worked with a wide range of clients from 75 year olds to elite athletes. Helping them to achieve results they never thought they'd see or feel.
