Week 1 - 3 x 3 x 3
Add this simple workout, which will be the base for future programmes.
Do as many repetitions as you can of each of the following exercises and record how many you achieve:

After completing the exercises repeat so that you do all exercises 3 times, each time recording your results. When complete also note down the time it took you.
Repeat this mini workout so that you complete it 3 times during the week. Next week we will add another useful addition that will get you on the road to a fitter and healthier you.
