Here's what a day on the Thomson Diet Club plan would look like:


Breakfast

Egg white Spanish omelette

Water, Tea or Coffee

Breakfast is packed with protein! Get the day started with a Spanish omelette with your choice of veg. The trick here is to use 3-4- Egg Whites, and only 1 yolk. 

Or

Not a fan of eggs? Swap it for Salmon and ryvita with lemon juice

 

Mid Morning snack

Grab a snack to stay satisfied until lunch. Choose from an apple, pear, grapefruit or serving of cottage cheese.

 

Lunch

No ready meals, or never ending soup! Choose from a small jacket Potato with Tuna and salad

Or

Delicious Peri – Peri chicken served with salad and a brown pitta bread.

 

Mid Afternoon

It's snack time again! Grab another apple, pear, grapefruit or serving of cottage cheese. 

 

Evening meal

Evening meals need to be satisfying, so on the Thomson Diet Plan you can choose from a conforting classic Ccicken and vegetable casserole

A tasty grilled tuna steak grilled with a big side salad

Or

Delicious Turkey or chicken kebabs with salad
